OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in  that employees were exposed to an electrocution hazard:   a) On or about December 17, 2022, in section of orange trees lining Shaw Road of the grove located at 115 Shaw Road, Wauchula, FL  33873, employees were exposed to an electrocution hazard while carrying an 18-foot aluminum ladder from one side of the orange tree to the other.
