29 CFR  1903.19(d)(1):The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required. 29 CFR  1926.451(g)(1)(ii):Each employee on a single-point or two-point adjustable suspension scaffold shall be protected by both a personal fall arrest system and guardrail system:  On or about December 20, 2022, employees on a two-point adjustable suspension scaffold (Swing Stage) were noyt protected by a personal fall arrest system, exposing the employees to a fall of approximately 70 feet.  Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
