29 CFR  1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs,  debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures:   On or about December 20, 2022, employees engaged in metal roofing activities were exposed to debris that was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures. This condition created a trip hazard for the employees in the following instances:  1. Yellow cord  2. Debris next to aerial lift 3. Yellow cord hanging from roof
