29 CFR  1910.107(b)(9):  A clear space of not less than 3 feet on all sides was not kept free from storage or combustible construction:  a) Paint Booth Area:  On or about December 21, 2022, and at times prior, an employee was exposed to fire hazards, in that the employer did not maintain a clear space of at least 3 feet along the exterior right wall of the paint booth where a desk, tool box, and paints were located.
