On or about December 21, 2022, and at times prior thereto, employees changing out chemicals within the DI Plant area were required to wear a respirator, exposing employees to an undue physiological burden. The employer did not implement a written respiratory protection program to include but not limited to the following:  a) Ensuring employees were medically cleared to wear a respirator. b) Ensuring employees were fit tested on respirator worn.  c) Provide listing of approved respirators by brand and model. d) Training of employees in the respiratory hazards to which they are potentially exposed. e) Training of employees in the proper use of respirators, including putting on and removing them, any limitations on their use, and their maintenance.
