On or about December 17, 2022, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee engaged in masonry work was exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 20 (twenty) feet to the ground. The employer did not ensure that parapet hooks supporting a two-point suspension scaffold platform were secured against movement by tiebacks installed at a right angle to the face of the building.
