29 CFR  1910.219(f)(3):Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed:  (a)Production floor, Line 3. On or about January 4, 2022, and time prior, the employer exposed employees to caught in hazards in that the sprocket wheel and chain on the E-Line (Clutch access door) was not enclosed to protect employees who performed production and product observations of packets as they go down the line.

29 CFR  1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:  (a) Production floor near line floor wall opening. On or about January 4, 2023, and times prior, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards in that a relocatable power strip was found to be daisy chained to another power strip.
