On a new residence construction, located at 1600 Bridgeton Drive,  in Jacksonville FL; On or about January 9, 2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that the employees were performing framing work on the top of the concrete wall without fall protection system.

On a new residence construction, located at 1600 Bridgeton Drive, in Jacksonville FL; On or about January 9, 2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that, the employer allowed employees to use the top steps of a 8-foot portable A-Frame type ladder,  while performing framing operations.  b. On a new residence construction, located at 1600 Bridgeton Drive, in Jacksonville FL; On or about January 9, 2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that, the employer allowed employees to use the top steps of a 6-foot portable A-Frame type ladder, while performing framing operations.
