On or about 1/09/23  the employer did not have an emergency plan in writing available at the workplace for employees  working at this facility to review.   Note: In addition to abatement certification, the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR  1910.157(e)(1): The employer shall be responsible for the inspection, maintenance and testing of all portable fire extinguishers in the workplace:   (a) Next to the Emergency Exit at the Back of Building. On or about 1/09/23  Fire extinguishers mounted at the workplace were not inspected.   Note: In addition to abatement certification, the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
