29 CFR  1910.178(p)(1):Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been  taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s)  (a) At the Facility: On or about January 10, 2023, employees were exposed to explosion, struck by and crushing hazards in that forklifts were being operated that should have been removed from service because of their unsafe operating condition due to:  1.	Hyster model# S155XL serial# B024D01613K: Brakes in need of repair, propane tank unsecured, seat belt not working, damaged roll over protection cage, and broken          lights. 2.	Toyota LP model# 7FGCU35 serial# 62788: Brakes in need of repair, propane tank unsecured, oil leaks, and worn or damaged forks. 3.	Toyota Electric model# 8FBCU32 serial#72202: Fork attachment missing data plate.  4.	Caterpillar model# FB80 serial#56231: Back up alarm not working, cracked hydraulic lines, data plates and placards missing or illegible.

29 CFR  1910.178(a)(6):The employer did not ensure that all nameplates or markings were maintained in a legible condition:  (a) Jobsite: at the company located at 3439 Maggie Boulevard Orlando, FL 32811,  in that  a Caterpillar forklift model# FB80 serial#56231 was being operated without any legible placards, nameplates, or markings, and a Toyota Electric forklift model# 8FBCU32 serial#72202 with fork attachment that was missing the data plate, exposing employees to crushing hazards, on or about January 10, 2023.
