29 CFR 1915.181(d): When work was performed immediately adjacent to an open-front energized board or in back of an energized board, the board was not covered, or some other equally safe means were not used to prevent contact with any of the energized parts. a) At Metal Shark Boats, LLC, Bayou La Batre AL: On or about January 20, 2023, the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards in that employees were allowed to operate breakers mounted in a cabinet with the front cover removed and was not dead front exposing live unguarded electrical parts.
