One or more methods of machine guarding were not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks.  On or about 13 January 2023, Micro Engineering, Inc. dba. Micro Engineering Company located at 1120 Eagle Road in Fenton, Missouri exposed to hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks. Newbury Industries, Inc. Injection Molders Model V3 30RS (S/N 4560030S79 and 11654230S82) did not have chip guards.
