29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  On or about 1/10/23, at 10212 Newberry Avenue in Port saint Lucie, Florida, employees engaged in masonry work were exposed to 20-foot fall hazards without a means of fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.1053 (b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  On or about January 10, 2023, at 10212 SW Newberry Way in Port Saint Lucie Florida, employees engaged in masonry work were exposed to fall hazards due to the ladder not extended 3 feet beyond the upper landing.
