29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:   a) New shell building, Starkey Ranch, Pine Gap Spur & Wildgrass Trail- observed on or about 01/11/2023,  employees in the process of installing exterior drywall working from a Genie aerial lift, model Z45/25J, serial number Z4525F-53125, were exposed to an approximate 11 foot fall hazard, in that restraint devices were not utilized.
