29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   (a) At 5205 Moccasin Rd, Palmetto, FL : On or about January 6, 2023, the employer exposed employees to a fall hazards, in that  a fall protection was not utilized by employees while working at approximately 20 feet 8 inches, while performing masonry work.

29 CFR  1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge:  a. At 5205 Moccasin Rd, Palmetto, FL : On or about January 10, 2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that  employees were using a stairway to access the second level, approximately 10 feet 4 inches,  with  unprotected side.
