29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:  a) New residential construction located at 3260 Stock Saddle Place, Cumming, GA 30040, First floor: On or about 01/05/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating       pneumatic framing nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided while installing plywood sheathing.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) New residential construction located at 3260 Stock Saddle Place, Cumming, GA 30040, First floor: On or about 01/05/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 10-feet, 11-inches to the lower ground level, in that an adequate fall protection system was not provided or utilized while working from the leading edge.

29 CFR  1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:  (a) New residential construction located at 3260 Stock Saddle Place, Cumming, GA 30040, First floor: On or about 01/05/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock hazards while using an extension cord in which the strain relief was visibly damaged. The employer did not ensure that the cord was free from recognized hazards prior to the start of the shift.
