29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.     At the ridge on the roof: On or about  January 11, 2023 and times prior thereto, employees were exposed to fall hazards while installing the seam at the ridge of the peak of the roof with no fall protection system in place.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  At the front entrance: On January 11, 2023, an employee were exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet to the ground level below, while utilizing a ladder which was not extended three feet above the roof landing.
