29 CFR  1910.138(a): The employer did not select and require employee(s) to use appropriate hand protection when employees' hands were exposed to hazards such as those from skin absorption of harmful substances; severe cuts or lacerations; severe abrasion; punctures; chemical burns; thermal burns; and harmful temperature extremes:  a) Jobsite located at 840 Lincoln Avenue, Suite #2, West Chester, PA.- The employer did not ensure that employees handling corrosive materials such as, but not limited to Premium Grade Lacquer Thinner and Medium Urethane Reducer used appropriate hand protection.  Condition was noted on or about January 11, 2023.

29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l):  a) Jobsite located at 840 Lincoln Avenue, Suite #2, West Chester, PA.- The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator received training and evaluation prior to operating powered industrial trucks, thereby exposing employees to struck-by hazards. Training shall consist of a combination of formal instruction, practical training, and evaluation of the operator's performance in the workplace.  Condition noted on or about January 6, 2023.

29 CFR  1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:   a) Jobsite located at 840 Lincoln Avenue, Suite #2, West Chester, PA.- The employer did not provide hazardous chemical training to employees engaged in material handling activities. Employees were exposed to chemicals, including but not limited to methyl alcohol, toluene, acetone, etc. contained in Premium Grade Lacquer Thinner, etc.  Condition was noted on or about January 11, 2023.
