29 CFR  1910.178(m)(3): A safe place to ride was not provided where riding a powered industrial truck(s) was authorized:  (a) New residential subdivision construction area located at 3025 Bart Johnson Road, Buford, GA 30519, Roadway: On or about January 13, 2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating a Moffett-powered industrial truck, in that a safe place to ride with a safety belt was not furnished to the employee riding on the powered industrial truck while delivering materials.
