At a jobsite located at 135 T St, Lake Lotawana, Missouri 64086, employees were exposed to eye and face injuries from flying particle hazards. Employees conducting residential roofing work were observed working with assorted power tools without eye and face protection.  Best Skills Roofing, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1521606, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on September 29, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 8920 North Oxford Avenue, Kansas City, Missouri 64157.

Employees conducting residential roofing work were observed working at elevations above 6 feet from a lower level without utilizing adequate fall protection systems.  Best Skills Roofing, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1521606, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on September 29, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 8920 North Oxford Avenue, Kansas City, Missouri 64157.

Employees conducting residential roofing work were observed accessing the roof by utilizing portable ladders. The portable ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) past the upper landing surface being accessed.
