29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms: a) Jobsite, 10576 Perry Highway, Wexford, PA: On or about January 18, 2022, during masonry work, the employer did not ensure that appropriate fall protection systems/devices were in use on a section of platform used to get on/off the scaffold, exposing employees to fall hazards of up to approximately 18 feet.
