29 CFR  1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift.   a) 1744 Grande Ave, Billings, MT., on or about January 20, 2023, and at times prior, employees were exposed to catapult and subsequent fall hazards while performing sign maintenance operations from a  vehicle mounted aerial lift at heights greater than 20 feet.
