29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: a) At The Enclave at Oakridge Subdivision, Lot 140, Buford, GA: On or about January 13, 2023, where workers performing framing operations were exposed to approximately 19-feet, 3-inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in framing activities on the top plates.

29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) At The Enclave at Oakridge Subdivision, Lot 140, Buford, GA 30519: On or about January 13, 2023, where workers plugging and unplugging the orange extension cord powering the ROLAIR Air Compressor were exposed to 120V electrical shock hazards, in that the employer did not inspect the electrical cord prior to use whereas the grounding pin was missing.
