29 CFR 1926.451(b)(3)(ii): A maximum distance of 18 inches from the face was not maintained for plastering and lathing operations as required: a) Northwest corner: On January 20, 2023, and times prior the creating and exposing employer Eagle Masonry & Stone, Inc., erected a frame scaffold for their employees and the employees of their sub-contractor to work from. The distance between the scaffold and the face of the building was up to 21-inches. This exposed their employees and the sub-contractor employees to fall hazards up to and including approximately 43-feet at the top level of the scaffold to the ground below. A safe means to access upper levels was not provided. This exposed their employees and the sub-contractor employees to fall hazards of approximately 43-feet at the top level of the scaffold to the ground below.
