29 CFR 1926.502(b)(3): Guardrail systems were not capable of withstanding, without failure, a force of at least 200 pounds (890 N) applied within 2 inches (5.1 cm) of the top edge, in any outward or downward direction, at any point along the top edge.  Location: 150 Cambridgepark Drive, Cambridge, MA;  On or about 01/25/2023, employees were exposed to fall hazards due to guardrail systems that were were not erected per manufacturer instructions or capable to withstand 200 pounds of force.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)(ii): The employer did not assure that each employee, as necessary, had been trained by a competent person in the correct procedures for erecting, maintaining, disassembling and inspecting the fall protection systems to be used.  Location: 150 Cambridgepark Drive, Cambridge, MA;  On or about 01/25/2023, employees were exposed to potential fall hazards due to the Bluewater MFG SAFETYRAIL 2000 guardrail system not being erected per the manufacturer's instructions.
