29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  a) Facility, 500 Glass Road, Pittsburgh, PA:  On or about January 25, 2023, an electrical panel #3 was blocked with broken down cardboard and boxes with ice packs in them.  b) Facility, 500 Glass Road, Pittsburgh, PA:  On or about January 25, 2023, an electrical panel/breaker box BK-2 was blocked with a pallet of boxes and opened candy boxes.  c) Facility, 500 Glass Road, Pittsburgh, PA:  On or about January 25, 2023, an electrical panel next to the portioning room was blocked with a pallet of boxed product.

The certification shall include the name of the operator, the date of the training, the date of the evaluation, and the identity of the person(s) performing the training or evaluation.  a) Facility, 500 Glass Road, Pittsburgh, PA:  On or about January 25, 2023, employees were operating the forklift to to unload trucks and lift product into the gift area once or twice a day without current certification.
