29 CFR  1910.213(c)(1):Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut:  a)  Carpenter Shop; On or about January 18, 2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to amputation hazards in that employees were allowed to operate a table saw without a guard in place that had an automatically adjusting hood and completely enclosed the portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut as required by the regulation.
