(a) Facility - On or about January 24, 2023 the employer did not have an energy control program for employees that perform servicing and maintenance for 2 Northwood CNC Routers, YUKON Bridge Saw and a Streamline Waterjet Intensifier with energy control procedures, documented training, and periodic inspections, exposing employees to amputation hazards.
