29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket, when working from an aerial lift:  On January 27, 2023, employees of Losiv Enterprises LLC were operating two Genie S-45 aerial lift while constructing a system engineered steel building at 2300-2342 East Pitman Avenue, Wentzville, Missouri. The employees performing work in the lift baskets did not have fall arrest or fall restraint systems such as harness and lanyard attached to the basket. The employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 13 feet above the ground level.
