29 CFR  1910.305(b)(2)(i): Each outlet box in completed installations did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy:  Location: 1420 East Main Street Torrington, CT   On or about 02-01-2023 the light switch cover in the garage area that controls the lights was not present and employees were exposed to electrical shock while turning on and off the lights in the work area.

29 CFR  1910.1200(g)(11):  Safety data sheets were not made readily available, upon request, to designated representatives, the Assistant Secretary, and the Director, in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.1020(e)  Location: 1420 East Main Street Torrington, CT   On or about 02-01-2023 the safety data sheets were not readily available upon request of the compliance officer. The Safety Data Sheets were eventually provided approximately 45 minutes into the inspection.
