29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): a. On or about February 1, 2023, in the production area, employees were required to operate the Viking Turbo 505 Nailing Machine on a daily basis. The employer failed to provide adequate guarding for the Viking Turbo 505 Nailing Machine. Employees were thereby exposed to the hazards associated with unguarded points of operation during the operating cycles.
