29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not provided when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:  (a) On or before February 1, 2023, the employer did not ensure that eye and face protective equipment were used when an employee operated a pneumatic nail gun presented potential eye or face injury from physical agents in that the subcontractor employee was exposed to struck-by hazards not wearing eye protection while using a pneumatic nail gun.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system:  (a) On or before February, 1, 2023 the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that four employees erecting exterior walls on the second level worked near the edge without utilizing a fall protection system. Guardrails were not used in a section where the employees were working. The opening was approximately 20 feet in width and exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 15 feet to the ground.  This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of 15 feet.

29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards:  (a) On or before February 1, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, the exposing employer did not ensure that each employee engaged in framing operations was trained to recognize the hazards of working at elevation and trained in the use of fall protection.  Employees framing and erecting exterior walls on a two-story residential home, did not utilize a fall protection system and guardrails were not used in a section where the employees were working. The opening along the unprotected edge was approximately 20 feet in width and exposed employees to fall hazards ranging from 11 to 15 feet.  This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of 15 feet.
