(b) 381 Middlewood Road, Middletown Township, NJ: Employees of Allied Brothers Home Corporation, while working under the direct supervision of the Fox Chase Project Manager were exposed to fall hazards up to and more than 12 feet to the ground surface below when removing and installing new roofing materials while walking and working on a roof of a residential structure without the use of fall protection. Condition noted on or about 02/01/2023.  (c) 375 Middlewood Road, Middletown Township, NJ: Employees of Allied Brothers Home Corporation, while working under the direct supervision of the Fox Chase Project Manager were exposed to fall hazards up to and more than 25 feet to the ground surface below when removing and installing new roofing materials while walking and working on a roof of a residential structure without the use of fall protection. Condition noted on or about 02/01/2023.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
