29 CFR  1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy:   (a) On or about 12/10/2022 - Workshop Area, Extrusion Line 1, Gwell Three-Roll Calender extrusion machine, Serial #GW-1807-29, the energy control procedure did not include the means of verifying that the electrical energy is locked out, the amount of time the Extruder must be allowed to cool before servicing, and the control of pneumatic energy when shutting down the production line machine.
