At 117 Moses Creek Blvd, Saint Augustine Florida, on the roof: On or about February 2, 2023, the employer exposed roofing employees to eye injury hazards in that employees using Hitachi pneumatic nail guns were not wearing safety glasses to protect from flying debris.
