29 CFR  1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns:  a) At or near 260 Prospect Ave., Hackensack NJ - Trench: Employee without any head protection was exposed to head injury while  engaged in plumbing/cleaning/waterproofing activities inside an approximately six foot deep trench that had spoil pile, pipes, stone and other materials  placed at the edge of the trench wall, on or about 2/2/23.
