OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to crushing hazards while operating automotive lifts:  a) At 457 State Hwy 349 Gloversville, NY - On or about 2/6/2023, in the service area:  Employees were exposed to struck-by and caught between hazards while working around and under uninspected automotive lifts in the service area.  The employer failed to inspect at minimum on an annual basis to ensure continued safe operation of the lift.

29 CFR 1910.177(c)(1): The employer did not provide a program to train all employees who service rim wheels in the hazards involved and the safety procedures to follow while servicing rim wheels:  a)  At 457 State Hwy 349 Gloversville, NY - On and before 2/6/2023 in the main garage, the employer did not provide training to the employee(s) for service of rim wheels, including but not limited to safe procedures for inflating tires.
