29 CFR 1910.28(b)(11)(ii): Each flight of stairs having at least 3 treads and at least 4 risers was not equipped with stair rail systems and handrails as follows: (a) On or about 02/06/2023 - Production area, the stairs leading to the break room area did not have a mid-rail installed on the left side, exposing employees to fall hazards of up to 12 feet. (b) On or about 02/06/2023 - Production area, the stairs leading to the break room area area did not have a mid-rail installed on both sides exposing employees to fall hazards of up to 12 feet.
