Location: Jobsite  On February 7, 2023, an employee were exposed to struck by hazards not wearing eye protection while using  pneumatic nail gun.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b)   Location: 201 Washington St.  Brighton Ma. 02135  On February 7th 2023 an employee was exposed to fall hazards of more than six feet (6) to the floor below him, while performing residential framing and trim work, without the use of a personal fall arrest system.
