(b) Ambient storage room forklift charging area; The employer placed the 48-volt Vtility infinity charger in the parking stall where the forklifts or pallet jacks park during recharging, exposing the charger to damage from being struck by the forklifts or pallet jacks.

29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(x):  Flexible cords and cables were not protected from accidental damage, as might be caused, for example, by sharp corners, projections, and doorways or other pinch points:  (a) Personnel door of east freezer bay; An electrical cord was fed through the doorway of the personnel door to power a 24-inch fan.  The door was closed and was damaging the insulation of the electrical cord.
