Dixon Ave., Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to overhead hazards while attempting to hoist a steel structure and were observed standing and walking under the elevated structure without wearing hard hats.

Dixon Ave., Kansas City, Missouri- Employee was observed working in an aerial lift and was not protected from falling by the use of a full body harness with a lanyard attached to the boom or basket of the lift.

Dixon Ave., Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a fall hazard as well as struckby hazards while the employees were using the aerial  lift  to move a steel structure. The aerial lift being used was being overloaded.
