Precision Surveys LLC dba Bluecore Solar LLC at 1082 W 95th Pl, Thornton, CO 80260 on February 13, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that three employees were observed installing solar panels at heights greater than 6 feet above a lower level on a two story single-family residential building. This condition exposes to employees to head injuries and broken bones.

Precision Surveys LLC dba Bluecore Solar LLC at 1082 W 95th Pl, Thornton, CO 80260 on February 13, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that portable ladders, used to access the roof of a residential home was used on a stable and level surface to prevent accidental displacement. The employer did not protect employees against falls at heights over 10 feet. This condition exposes to employees to head injuries and broken bones.
