29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure:   a) On or about December 2, 2022, and at times prior, JBL Painting did not ensure that an employee was not exposed to fall hazards greater than 6 feet. The worker was not protected from falling while standing on the balcony of a second-floor apartment patio to paint.
