29 CFR  1926.651(h)(1): Employees were working in excavations in which there was accumulated water, or excavations in which water was accumulating, and adequate precautions had not been taken to protect employees against the hazards posed by water accumulation:  (a) Dig Boss, LLC, 1331 Speer Blvd., Denver, CO 80204: On and before February 14, 2023, and at times prior, employees were exposed to cave-in hazards in a trench 5-feet and 6-inches deep when they were working while water was accumulating and the employer did not take adequate action to protect employees with water removal or proper protective systems.
