29 CFR  1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:  (a) On or before 2/14/2023 the employer failed to ensure that the fire extinguisher in the Oversized Item Screening Area were readily accessible. A large fan was located in front of the fire extinguisher in the back of the room near the exit door.
