29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a) Unit 24 - 3169 Egret Run, Orange Beach, AL;  On February 14, 2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 30 feet to the ground below in that the employer failed to ensure employees utilized  fall protection when working from an aerial lift.
