29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage:  On or about February 14, 2023, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to fire and electrical hazards where access was restricted to the following electrical panels:   (a)Hallway Panel B : Working space used to store cardboard boxes and plastic totes;  (b)Restroom Area Panels C & D: Working space used to store merchandise carts; and  (c) Back Storage room panels: Working space used to store cleaning supplies.  NOTE: 1. Dollar General was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1572077, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on 06/10/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 2134 East Washington Street, Fredonia, Kansas.  2. Dollar General was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1500289, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/10/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 514 North Antrim Way, Greencastle, Pennsylvania.  3. Dollar General was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1483184, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/16/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 11 River Road #35, North Arlington, New Jersey.

29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1)(iii): At least one entrance of sufficient area shall be provided to give access to the working space about electric equipment:   On or about February 14, 2023, and times prior thereto, employees were exposed to fire and electrical hazards where access to the rear storage room circuit breaker panel was reduced by the storage of materials to approximately 15-inches in width.  NOTE: Dollar General was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1910.303(g)(1)(iii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1444187, citation number 1, item number 3b and was affirmed as a final order on 1-30-20), with respect to a workplace located at 1150 Hope Street, Bristol, Rhode Island.
