29 CFR  1910.243(d)(4)(xiii): All tools were not used with the correct shield, guard, or attachment recommended by the manufacturer:   a) Small Shop Area - On or prior to February 8, 2023, an employee was exposed to struck-by hazards when t polishing a 12 ft x 3 ft high double line stainless steel railing positioned on skids using a Walter Surface Technologies LINE-MATE ROT 07-F002 (3 ? x 2 ?" x 5/8"-11) finishing belt drive roller with a CS Unitec CSU49001 1.2" x 26" PTX Fleece Nonwoven Belt (open, also referred to as T-Lock), attached to a Metabo WEVF 10-125 Quick Inox flat head small angle grinder (type 1309021, serial number 8110012808).  Operations such as polishing are not recommended to be performed with the Metabo WEVF 10-125 Quick Inox flat head small angle grinder (type 1309021, serial number 8110012808) due to this power tool not being designed for the polishing operation.
