29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  (a) Jobsite: 7709 Dawberry Ct. Orlando, FL 32819, a ladder near the garage of the property was set to only extend the sides approximately 24" passed the roof landing, exposing employees to fall hazards of 8 feet, on or about 2/16/2023.
