29 CFR  1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not kept free and unobstructed, materials were placed temporarily within the exit route:  a) 499 Commerce Drive, Burlington, NJ  - Warehouse floor - Employees were exposed to emergency egress hazards in that the employer did not maintain that exit routes are unobstructed. Aisleways which lead to emergency exit routes were blocked with merchandise. This condition was observed on or about February 16, 2023.  NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR  1904.40(a):The employer did not provide an authorized government representative the records within the four business hours:  a) 499 Commerce Drive, Burlington, NJ - The employer did not provide OSHA Compliance Officer with OSHA 300 Injury Illness logs and 300A Summaries within four business hours. The CSHO made the request on February 17, 2023. Noted on or about February 20, 2023.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
